Wiener dog races coming soon

You won’t want to miss it! The 3rd Annual Wiener Dog Races are fast approaching.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, July 5, at 10 a.m. The race way will be set up at Chautauqua Park in Sac City.

This event will start with a costume parade where the crowd chooses the best costume.  Next, wieners will race for first place medals in their respective class. And, new this year, the last event will be a Hurdle Race. Watch the Wieners fly through the air.

Pre-registration is suggested so get your wiener registered now. First 10 registrants receive a goodie bag filled with fun things from the Sac City Merchants. A paper copy of vaccinations is required.
