Snow blowers and shovels came out Sunday morning after Friday and Saturday’s eight-inch snowfall. Residents and travelers were relieved the predicted wind was minimal. The city declared a snow emergency and most churches canceled services. Peach the News Hound bounded through the snow Saturday.
