Bringing in spring at Witter

Paintings from the permanent collection are on display at Witter Gallery through May 1. While bright floral paintings by Ella Witter are in the north half of the gallery, works by Ian Cage, Timothy Walton and Anita Coon can be viewed in the south half.

The gallery has been seeking to spread the art around, freeing up storage space, while temporarily displaying some of its works throughout the community. Such an example can be seen at Storm Lake United where bicycle paintings by Anita Coon hang in the front room.
