David Allen Thayer, son of Donald and Phyllis (Obman) Thayer, was born June 1, 1962, in Storm Lake. He was an animal lover, who especially loved his dogs.
David passed away on Friday, July 21, 2023, at Crawford County Memorial Hospital in Denison, at the age of 61.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Phyllis Thayer.
Left to cherish his memory are his girlfriend, Anita Riebesell; brothers, Steven Thayer and Robert Thayer; sisters, Judy Reis and Diane King; and many extended family and friends.
Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Denison was in charge of arrangements.
