David Alan McCullough, born Oct. 8, 1951, passed away April 5, 2024, in Glendale, Ariz., following complications from surgery.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, May 11, at 11 a.m. at CityView Church (3636 West Greenway Rd.), Room #2000, in Phoenix, Ariz. A lunch will follow the service.
David is survived by his wife Joan, and three sons and 11 grandchildren: Jeremy (deceased), Jordan; Travis (Michelle), Tanner (Samantha), Taylor, Nick; Trevor (CJ), Logan, Jeremy, Peyton; Josh (Tawnee), Kaylynne, Joshua, Zayden, Layla; his sister, Jane (John Nielsen); niece Brandi (Carlos); and nephew Matthew; sister-in-law Louise McCullough; and niece Jennifer.
David was preceded in death by his son, Jeremy in 2010; two brothers, Larry and Steven; parents CC (Bud) and Velma McCullough; and his grandparents.
