Maddy Raveling drove in both runs and Avery DeHaan had a sensational performance in the circle to help Storm Lake get past Spirit Lake 2-1 in a Lakes Conference game on Wednesday at Tornado Field.

Raveling drove in Mackenzie Harder with a sacrifice fly in the first inning and drove in Harder with a single in the third.

Spirit Lake rallied in the seventh as two batters reached on errors. The Indians had runners on second and third with two outs, but DeHaan got the final out to end the threat and the game.

Storm Lake is now 5-1 in the league and 14-2 overall.
