Pearl was born on May 5, 1951 to Elwin and Margie Duvall (Foster) White in Cherokee. She attended school in Cherokee.
Pearl was united in marriage to Charles Weier. The couple was blessed with a daughter, Lori. On April 18, 1975, Pearl married Frank Phelps. Together, they had a daughter, Jessica.
Pearl was a gifted seamstress. She enjoyed putting together puzzles and crosswords. She loved watching westerns and going fishing. More than anything, Pearl cherished time with her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Left to cherish Pearl’s memory include her daughter Lori (Mike) Strand of Sioux Rapids; brothers: Richard White of Sioux Rapids; Kim White of Pocahontas; sister Lorraine Crapser of Eagle Grove; grandchildren: Cody (Mylea) Strand of Storm Lake; Kayla (Victor) Vazquez of Early; Kimberlee Strand of Norwalk; Hannah Noll of Sioux Rapids; Harli (Oscar) Gracia of Spencer; Hayley Noll (Shaylon Lahr) of Garner; Brady Noll of Linn Grove; great-grandchildren: Emanuel Vazquez, Ezequiel Vazquez, Emiliano Vazquez, Kaden Strand, Brooks Lahr, Nayelli Gracia, Adelyne Gracia and Maverick Gracia; extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elwin and Margie Duvall (Foster) White; brothers: Lee White, Rob White and Laverne White; daughter Jessica Noll; and great-grandson Aiden Strand.
