Brides-to-be hustled to King’s Pointe Sunday for the Pointe of Elegance Bridal Showcase. Pam Rust of Rust’s Western Shed tells bride-to-be Audrey Jessen that blue is the big color this year for tuxes – shocking blue, powder blue and about any shade of blue. Merlot is a hot color for accents. Another trend is grooms buying suits instead of renting tuxes. The price is comparable, guys can get a better fit and a colored vest and tie may be rented for the Big Day. Times photo by Dolores Cullen
