Storm Lake Middle School students and staff were recently challenged. Each of Priscilla Robinson’s classes wanted to send in a microloan to KIVA.ORG as part of their learning standards on finance and global citizenship. Kiva is an international nonprofit organization founded in 2005 and based in San Francisco, with a mission to connect people through lending to alleviate poverty.
