Panther girls can’t overcome slow start in first half of setback

Manson Northwest Webster outscored Storm Lake St. Mary’s 36-18 in the first half and the Cougars went on to spoil the Panthers’ homecoming with a 65-44 Twin Lakes Conference win last Friday.

The Cougars held a 15-4 lead after the first quarter. It was 36-18 Manson Northwest Webster at halftime and 53-30 heading into the fourth period of play.
