SL girls win back-to-back games for first time in 8 years

Storm Lake headed into a matchup with Carroll looking to accomplish something that hadn’t been done in eight years — win two straight games.

The Tornadoes turned the trick as they made some clutch free throws to seal a   56-53 win over the Tigers on Tuesday night in Carroll.

The last time Storm Lake won back-to-back games was Feb. 24, 2010.
