Storm Lake set the tone early, scoring 23 first-quarter points, and the Tornadoes went on to defeat Ridge View 72-42 in a nonconference game on Monday at Tornado Fieldhouse.

Storm Lake led 23-10 after the first quarter. It was 46-23 at halftime and 63-29 heading into the fourth period.
