Alta-Aurelia’s identity starts on the defensive end. That’s the way the Warriors win basketball games.

The Warriors turned the trick again on Tuesday night as they held Storm Lake St. Mary’s to 14 points over the second and third quarters to come away with a 63-38 Twin Lakes Conference win at Alta.

Alta-Aurelia held a 15-14 lead after the first quarter, but took a 31-19 lead at halftime. It was 53-28 heading into the third period.
