Guns in the courthouse

To hear the discussion among Buena Vista County Board of Supervisors and the assistant county attorney, one would think that it is perfectly reasonable for people to carry guns into courtrooms. Certainly, it should not be a problem to carry a gun in magistrate court where arguments over small claims are mediated. Assistant County Attorney Paul Allen said he has been armed with a gun in magistrate court appearances.
