Jim Patrick is finalist for job in Wyoming

Former Storm Lake city manager Jim Patrick is a finalist for his third city manager position in two years.

The Grand Junction Daily Sentinel reported earlier this month that Patrick is a finalist for the city manager position in Rifle, Colo. He met with the Rifle City Council and Rifle residents at the Ute Theater last Friday. He is among five finalists who hail from Arizona, Kansas, Illinois and Nevada.

The City of Rifle has a population of 9,100 and is considered a regional center of the cattle ranching industry along Interstate 70 and the Colorado River.
