BVU picks up three wins at Nebraska Wesleyan Tournament

Jade Schaap became the second player in program history to reach 1,500 career kills as she helped Buena Vista win a pair of matches to wrap up play at the P-Wolf Tournament, hosted by Nebraska Wesleyan last Saturday.

BVU picked up a 3-1 victory against UW-Platteville to begin the day. Schaap was a big factor, turning in a match-high 20 kills. She also posted 12 digs for her second double-double of the year. Ali Grein followed with 18 kills and a team-high four ace serves.  Summer Goss charted 42 assists and had 12 digs. Jamie Navinskey registered a career-high 22 digs.
