St. Mary’s scores early, often in lopsided win over CC-Everly

Panthers win, 23-0

Storm Lake St. Mary’s scored runs early and often against Clay Central-Everly.

The Panthers scored seven runs in the first inning, seven in the second and nine in the third to beat the Mavericks  23-0 on Monday.

St. Mary’s finished with 11 hits in the game. Alex Merten led the way with three. Michael Demers and Sam Peters each added two. Zach Lenhart, Josh Feltner, Gabe Elsden and Dawson Miller each had one.
