PAC/L-M shut out by Southeast Valley in Twin Lakes play

Jill Vonnahme pitched a three-hitter, but it wasn’t enough as Southeast Valley got past Pocahontas Area/Laurens-Marathon 4-0 in a Twin Lakes Conference game on Monday at Harcourt.

The Jaguars scored two runs in the sixth inning to pull away.

The Indians were held to five hits in the game. Payton Hjerleid, Kenzie Sullivan, Rylee Eisenbarth, Joy Herman and Destiny Heath each had a single.

Vonnahme allowed three hits and three earned runs, walked two and struck out two over six innings.
