Sioux Central rallies to score 2 runs in seventh inning to beat Okoboji, 8-7

Sioux Central came up with two runs in the top of the seventh inning to rally for an 8-7 win over Okoboji in a nonconference game on Tuesday at Okoboji.

The Rebels trailed 7-5 after five innings, but scored a run in the sixth and two in the seventh to pull out the win.

Sioux Central finished with 13 hits in the game. Zach Lundquist led the way with three singles and an RBI.

Franky Perkins had two hits, including a solo home run and a double. Caden Webber and Sam Wood each contributed two hits and two RBI. Jake Hanson also had two hits, including an RBI double.
