Alta-Aurelia holds foe under 50 for 17th straight win

Alta-Aurelia used a 20-9 first quarter spurt to cruise to its 17th straight win after downing Graettinger-Terril/ Ruthven-Ayrshire 75-49 on Tuesday at Alta.

The Warriors (18-1) extended their lead to 39-22 by halftime. It was 61-34 heading into the fourth quarter.

Jordan Gano led a balanced attack with 12 points. Carson Kruger had 11 and Alex Sangwin 10.

Aric Stephan scored eight points, while Tayler Gano, Jaden Henrichs and T.J. Walter all added six. Ryan Radke, Alex Snyder, Tyler Hanks and Anthony Krier all tallied four points.
