PAC/L-M proves to be too much for FD St. Edmond

Elle Ruffridge moved with 75 points of the state all-state scoring record as she poured in 33 points, including six        3-pointers to lead Pocahontas Area/Laurens-Marathon to a 95-37 win over Fort Dodge St. Edmond last Thursday at Pocahontas.

The Indians jumped out to a 31-11 lead after the first quarter. It was 59-26 at halftime and 84-34 after three periods.

Faith Meyer scored 17 points for PAC/L-M. Payton Hjerleid added 12 and Olivia Ahlers eight.
