WC too much for SL

Western Christian used a 17-0 spurt in the first quarter to build an 18-point lead after the first period as the Wolfpack never looked back in beating Storm Lake 79-38 in a Lakes Conference game last Friday at Hull.

Western Christian led 24-6 after the first quarter, 45-20 at halftime and 61-26 entering the fourth quarter. The Wolfpack hit the 35-point continuous clock with 4:44 left in the third period.

Josh Werge led Storm Lake with 14 points. Parker Lange and Kuot Ngut each had five, while Jal Lieth and Ethan James scored four points apiece.
