Storm Lake resident Peg Anderson is the third resident in two weeks to approach the Storm Lake City Council to voice her opposition to mandatory garbage collection.

During the opening of the Storm Lake City Council’s revenue workshop Monday, Anderson told the council she opposes the idea because she doesn’t need trash pickup and can’t afford it.
