Tornadoes held to season-low 53 points

Storm Lake had its six-game winning streak snapped as LeMars defeated the Tornadoes 65-53 in a Lakes Conference game on Tuesday night at Tornado Fieldhouse.

The Bulldogs ended the first quarter on a 9-2 run to go up 19-12, and followed that up by scoring the first four points in the second.
