Buena Vista scores on 7 straight possessions in 48-24 blowout of conference foe Luther

Buena Vista put up 476 yards of total offense and used a 27-point second quarter to lift it to a 48-24 victory over visiting Luther for homecoming last Saturday at J. Leslie Rollins Stadium.

Sophomore quarterback Cole Miller made his second straight start and had another solid day under center as BVU threw for 238 yards while rushing for 238 more.

Miller completed 11 of 20 passes for 229 yards and three touchdowns and now has seven touchdowns over his first two career starts.  He also rushed five times for 40 yards and one score.
