Alta-Aurelia advances to final round of Twin Lakes after breaking even in pool play

Alta-Aurelia advanced to the final round of the Twin Lakes Conference tournament after splitting a pair of matches in pool play during the first round of the league tournament on Tuesday at Lake City.

The Warriors started with a 21-18, 21-14 loss to South Central Calhoun. Laney Stanton led the team in hitting by going 12-for-12 with eight kills. Lauren Rohwer was 10-for-11 with six kills.

Annika Patton charted 16 set assists. Mary Barnes led in digs with six. Stanton and Erin Lockin each had five.
