Rachel Bozonie went 13-for-17 in hitting with four kills, but it wasn’t enough as Spencer handed Storm Lake a three-game setback in a Lakes Conference match on Tuesday at Tornado Fieldhouse.

Game scores were 25-13, 25-14, 25-19.

“We jumped out on top in the first set and then got stuck in a rotation and gave up lots of points,” Storm Lake coach Kim Johnson said. “From that point on we were very flat and not very aggressive. By the time we got some fire, it was too late in the third set. (Monday) we didn’t practice very well and that carried over to (Tuesday’s) match.”
