Newell-Fonda FFA Chapter participates in trapshooting competition in Manson

Newell-Fonda FFA members Tyler Mandernach, A.J. Chase,

Damon Bartek, Jesse Haack, Reed Kruse, Jacob Carlson,

Coltin Schachtner-Kramer, Corissa Raveling and

Carter Schachtner-Kramer continued a long-standing

chapter tradition of participation in the annual Manson

Northwest Webster trapshoot. 

Nine members of the Newell-Fonda Future Farmers of America Chapter traveled to the Manson Gun Club to participate in the 37th annual trapshoot hosted by the Manson Northwest Webster FFA Chapter on Sept. 10.

Members compete in teams consisting of three to four members and take turns hitting a combined total of 20 targets, also called clay pigeons. Scores were then tallied for every hit target out of 20.
