Newell-Fonda to be challenged by Remsen SM

Hawks are dual threat

When Remsen St. Mary’s upset No. 1-ranked Ar-We-Va 40-31 in week 1, the Hawks used the ground game to the tune of 350 rushing yards.

When the Hawks beat West Bend-Mallard 35-12 last week, they went to the air, passing for 206 yards.

That dual threat offensively will cause a great deal of stress on Newell-Fonda’s defense when the two teams hook up tonight in Remsen.
