Alta-Aurelia tops Twin Lakes rival Newell-Fonda

Laney Stanton went 24-for-27 in hitting with 13 kills and charted 15 digs to help lead Alta-Aurelia to a three-game win over Newell-Fonda in a Twin Lakes Conference match last Thursday night at Alta.

Game scores were 25-18, 25-18, 25-16.

Lauren Rohwer went 19-for-21 in hitting with nine kills for the Warriors. Erin Lockin was 12-for-17 with seven kills and Lily Peterson  8-for-10 with three kills.

Annika Patton finished with 24 set assists. Mary Barnes led the team in digs with 22. Lockin had 14 and Rohwer three. Abby Kraemer totaled three blocks.
