It opened in 2007 and is a beautiful facility with bios and pictures of Hall of Fame members and many historical facts, figures and items.

It houses 16 indoor horseshoe courts with electric scoreboards and 16 outdoor courts. It has leagues three nights a week and is open to the public all other times.

Cone was inducted into the NHPA Hall of Fame in 1995 and retired from pitching in September 1996.
