Big innings hurt A-A in loss

Bryce Radke drove in two runs with a single, but it wasn’t enough as Coon Rapids-Bayard handed Alta-Aurelia an 11-4 setback in a nonconference game last Thursday.

Coon Rapids-Bayard used a four-run third inning and a four-run fifth to break the game open.

Alta-Aurelia finished with eight hits in the game. Eight different players had one hit apiece. Radke had a two-run single, Jordan Wendel an RBI double and Mitchell Fritz an RBI single.
