Habben double winner to lead Sioux Central at Iowa Great Lakes Invitational

Rebels win team title going away in Class B

Parker Habben was a double-winner and Sioux Central captured first place in four relay events to win the team title in the Iowa Great Lakes Relays on Tuesday night at Spirit Lake.

The Rebels scored 178 points in the meet. Laurens-Marathon took fifth with 56.

In the 100 meters, Sioux Central’s Nate Leer placed second with a clocking of 11.42 seconds. Teammate Tavian Pritchard was third in 11.64 and Laurens-Marathon’s Vitor Martins sixth in 12.32 seconds.
