SM boys held to 38 points in loss to Rebels

Christian Sylvester scored 18 points to lead three players in double figures as Sioux Central knocked off Storm Lake St. Mary’s 55-38 on Tuesday night at Sioux Rapids.

The Rebels jumped out a  16-8 lead after the first quarter. It was 32-22 at halftime and 45-26 heading into the fourth period of play.

Sylvester had two assists to go along with his 18 points. Parker Habben contributed 17 points, 13 rebounds, four steals and three blocked shots.
