It’s nearly impossible for one player to outscore an entire team.

The impossible nearly happened last Friday night as Jasmine Demers poured in a career-high 45 points in a 67-53 Storm Lake St. Mary’s Twin Lakes Conference win over Prairie Valley at St. Mary’s.

St. Mary’s led 14-12 at the end of the first quarter. It was 33-29 Prairie Valley at halftime, but the Panthers took a 47-43 lead into the fourth quarter.
