Sole 2 Soul
A dozen women of all ages and fitness levels are participating in Saturday morning circuit-style classes at Sole 2 Soul in Galva this Fall. The Oct. 26 class focused on different ways to use plyo exercise balls for better balance, cardio endurance and strength.
