Man allegedly threatens crowd at local business

On Tuesday at 5 p.m. the Storm Lake Police Department was sent to the Marketlink Office at 1407 Lake Ave. after a report of a disturbance at the business.

Jack Gatwech Jock, 30, of Storm Lake, had come to the business looking for an employee who owed him money.

Jock was asked to leave by management and allegedly went into a rage screaming and threatening people at the business.

He then fled from the scene when police were called.

Police found Jock in a vehicle stopped at the 800 block of Flindt Drive where he was taken into custody without incident.

Jock was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.

He was booked into Buena Vista County Jail on a $600 bond.
