Two 160-yard rushers pave way for Sioux Central

Devin Tripp rushed for 166 yards and three touchdowns and Nathan Leer ran for 162 yards as Sioux Central ran past IKM-Manning 20-14 in a district game last Friday night at Albert City.

Tripp ran the ball 42 times to gain his 166 yards. Leer needed 18 totes to get his 162 yards.

Quarterback Parker Habben ran for 55 yards on 12 carries. Sioux Central finished with 383 yards rushing in the game.

Leer led the Rebels on defense with 11 tackles. Chris Ripke and Tripp each had 10. Ryan Pitts added seven stops, while Nick Sievers and Matt Koenig added six apiece.
