All St. Edmond in battle of unbeaten teams

Fort Dodge St. Edmond scored on its first four possessions, collecting 283 yards rushing in the first half as the No. 9-ranked Gaels jumped out to a 19-0 lead after the first quarter and never looked back in a 62-6 win over Ridge View in a battle of unbeaten teams last Friday night in Fort Dodge.

T.J. O’Tool had 143 of his 181 yards in the first half, including touchdown runs of 35 and 27 yards.

Vinnie Harvey ran for 88 yards and three touchdowns for the Gaels, who put the 35-point rule into play to start the third quarter. Harvey scored on TD runs of 5 and 7 yards.
