Spencer too much for Storm Lake

There was no secret to Spencer’s win over Storm Lake last Friday night. The Tigers were just simply better up front on both sides of the ball.

No. 3-ranked Spencer showed its dominance on the line of scrimmage as the Tigers ran their way to a 49-7 win over the Tornadoes at Tornado Stadium.

“They just physically handled us up front,” Storm Lake coach Craig Lyon said. “We just weren’t able to handle it. They were just a lot better than we were up front and we could not get it done.
