Nebraska Wesleyan scores 3 unanswered goals to beat BVU, 4-1

Rolando Zuniga scored his first goal in a Buena Vista uniform, but it wasn’t enough as Nebraska Wesleyan went on to follow with three unanswered goals for a 4-1 non-conference victory on Wednesday in Lincoln, Neb.

The Prairie Wolves got on the scoreboard first with a breakaway goal with less than 7 minutes gone by. Zuniga, who finished with two shots on-goal in the contest, evened things up early in the second half.

NWU had an answer just 7 minutes later for a 2-1 lead before adding two late goals to secure the three-goal victory.
