Alta-Aurelia turns back Twin Lakes rival St. Mary’s

Tayler Rohwer fired a one-hitter in the circle and cracked a three-run home run at the plate, and Alta-Aurelia overcame five errors to beat Twin Lakes Conference rival Storm Lake St. Mary’s 6-4 on Monday night at Alta.

Alta-Aurelia scored three runs in the fourth inning to grab a 3-1 lead. St. Mary’s took a 4-3 lead with three runs in the top of the sixth, but the Warriors answered with three runs in the bottom of the inning to regain the lead at 6-4.
