Krier shuts down Cherokee in 6-0 Storm Lake win


Aaron Krier fired a two-hit shutout and Grant Kofmehl had two hits and scored two runs to help Storm Lake win its fifth game in a row with a 6-0 verdict over Lakes Conference rival Cherokee on Monday night at Cherokee.

Krier was dominating on the mound as he allowed just two hits, walked four and struck out 14 batters over seven innings.
